Thursday Madness

Ever have one of those mornings? I can't drive all the way back home to crawl into bed, so I had to find something to make me smile.

This little monkey makes me smile - even when she's 1,000 miles away. I called Mom's house the other day and Kat answered with her sweet little voice. I asked her the usual questions - what are you doing, what's Grandma doing, are you watching tv, etc. Then I asked if she knew who I was...she scoffed and said "Dee-la". She knew it was me because she "noticed my voice". Why, of course...how silly of me to doubt her intelligence.

Can't wait to see that little toothless smile again.
