Random Fridays

Holy balls...Tank and I are way behind on our posts. It's been a little crazy in our neck of the woods! But...it's Friday and the sun is shining! Awesome!

The adoption roller coaster has been "WHOA" crazy! We signed on for this, so we're not complaining...but, WOW. We actually got a call last week to come pick up a baby. What? Say, what?! Yes...full on PANIC mode. Then twenty minutes later there was a "sorry..." call. No worries, we'll get there. But we immediately realized that our household wasn't totally ready. Now that we've had time to prepare - there are diapers, wipes, formula, clean baby clothes, etc. And, no shit...I'm driving around with a car seat in my rig. Yep, I look like a creeper.

Mabel (our boutique) is another story...holy schnikes! We're in the process of BIG things that we can't publicly announce yet, but it's so exciting that I want to pee myself. And in the same breath, freak the hell out. At any rate...I'll spill the beans soon enough. Just wait and see. On a another note, check out a cute new Curvy Girl arrival! :)

 

And...on the Rosacea front - I had a TON of allergy testing done this week. The GREAT news is that I'm not allergic to any foods or my dog! The rotten news is that I'm allergic to EVERYTHING, including:

•  All of my existing shampoos and conditioners
• All of my face washes
• All of my face and body moisturizers
• My toothpaste, deodorant, etc.
• Everything I clean the house with
• All of the glues I use for crafting and jewelry
• And...some of the fabrics I use for crafting/sewing

Bahaha...I know, right. Silly! SO...here's to wishing me good luck on purging all of these things and/or taking precautions when using. And here's a CHEERS to my rosacea flare-ups dying down. Heehee.
