The Javelina Strikes Again

I've talked about our niece, Kathleen before...aka Katalina Javelina, Midget, Monkey, etc. She is pure sass and reminds me of her Aunt Sarah at that age. She just recently started texting us from her iTouch and we love keeping in contact with her. It's pretty entertaining to hear what a ten year old has to say. Apparently she has been reading my blog and has A LOT of opinions to share. Especially when it comes to anything involving her... . She was not impressed with the photo I posted of her Dad last week. I got a text late Friday night telling me that "...it is so adorable except the part with my dad". I'm fairly certain that I was supposed to post a new photo of her Dad...but I think she forgot. Instead of a new photo of her dad, I received this:

Yep...she and her Dad recreated the "poonday" photo - they even got right down to the "pants on backwards" part. It's funny that we've never noticed this in the old photos before...it makes me wonder what Grandma was doing when she dressed her like a little "logger girl" before?! :)

I was supposed to notify her immediately when this photo was posted. But I got sidetracked because she started in on what her "bridesmaid" dress will be for Aunt Sarah's wedding. She's very concerned about it and would like to have an opinion because "FYI, I didn't get to pick out my dress for your wedding, you did!!". Demanding, much? Stay tuned for her next installment...in fact, maybe I should let her write a "guest post". :)
