Penelope w/ vintage details
...they come and they go.  It's a shame that I can't string them together for an entire week, but that would be much too easy.  A couple weeks ago I decided to re-vamp my handbag line (which hasn't been under progress for some time) - the first ditty is Penelope.

It's a typical Moondeela a-line shape constructed of vinyl, lots o' rivets, bottom feet, interior pockets, and seatbelt fabric straps.  The bag featured to the right has some vintage corduroy bowling fabric that I've been coveting for a couple of years now.  I had to let go.

Penelope with Giant Flower
El Husbando aka Quality Control had to inspect each bag and offer suggestions - including a stiff bottom to keep the shape.  BTW - his QC methods are done during a pause of Tiger Woods Wii Golf.  Yes, I too wonder why I have a manly Indiana boy checking quality.  Compromise?

Random Deliciousness
My new favorite bag is a leather (or glitter vinyl) crossbody bag.  It's similar to a saddlebag with a whole lotta sass.  Of course I have no photos...so until next time!  But here's another photo of a bag that was whipped up one afternoon...the green vinyl is another beauty I've been coveting!

This sick girl is out...peace and chicken soup!
